There comes a time for many people when they want to advance or be promoted and it just doesn't seem to be happening. You can just blame the company, your boss or the job market, but chances are good that some aspect of your lack of advancement is within your control. For example:

No matter what your situation is, there is always a way forward. As your coach, I can help you move ahead much more quickly and effectively than if you simply work on your own. Here's how:

Step One:

Complete the Harrison Assessments Management Development Package. The assessment reports will give you a new perspective on how ready you are for promotion. You will get specific, neutral, valid feedback on over 100 different traits that are correlated to best performance in your chosen job function (e.g. senior management) so you can see exactly how you differ from the ideal and what might be holding you back.

You'll also see clearly what are your most valuable strengths to develop in your future career so you can make decisions that will lead you to excellence, rather than blindly following a standard career track that may not suit your personality.

If you've already done other assessments such as MBTI or DISC, you'll find this assessment adds much more detail and insight to your understanding of your personality in relationship to your career choices.

We'll review the assessment reports together so that you can understand what it means for you and begin to devise a strategy for moving forward based on this new information.

Step One can be completed for HK$4500 (US$580) which includes one 90-minute in-person coaching session (in Hong Kong) or three 45-minute telephone coaching sessions. to start the assessment process now. 

Step One alone will give you a big boost towards identifying and achieving your career goals. And you'll also experience what it's like to work with me. If you have ambitious goals, you'll probably want to continue with Step Two.

Step Two:

Hire me as your coach for a period of 3 to 6 months and I will help you clarify your goals, develop a strategy and carry it out, even the parts that are personally challenging. Together we'll find the best way forward for you. 

Here's how it works:

• I listen very very well so that YOU can more thoroughly understand the situation you are facing. You can talk openly to me about anything without fear that anyone else will find out, and knowing that I will always accept you and give my honest response. By listening very well, I will help you reflect more effectively and learn faster. 

• I ask questions from a different perspective so that you can see the situation in ways you hadn't considered before. I support, endorse, encourage and challenge you in the way YOU choose that supports you best. 

• I openly share my hunches, feedback and past experience that is relevant to you and I make positive suggestions based on my understanding of careers, management and human behaviour.  We'll discuss all the options in front of you and choose the steps that make most sense for you. 

• I help you focus on taking actions that move you forward.  

I offer 3 different coaching packages which all include unlimited email support, unlimited brief phone calls between sessions, use of all Coach U programs and self-assessments plus other training materials as relevant. 

3-Month Coaching Package: 
Two 30-45 minute telephone sessions per month for HK$2800 per month (US$360)

Fast-Change Package or 6-Month Coaching Package: 
Twelve 30-45 minute telephone sessions (two to three per month) for HK$15,600 (US$2000)

Executive Package: Nine hours of in-person coaching in your office, my office or a selected quiet café (in Hong Kong). Flexibility in the duration and frequency of sessions over a 6-month period for HK$22,500
