The Harrison Assessments are an excellent tool for accelerating and deepening your self-awareness in relation to career and leadership development. In the HA Questionnaire, you will rate your preferences for over 100 different criteria. The Assessments then indicate your communication styles, leadership styles, work styles, motivations and correlate all of these with the success traits of specific careers or job functions. The Assessments give you a completely customized description of you without using any types or categories to pigeon-hole. All results and correlations are based on solid research and proven methods. The HA Questionnaire asks you to prioritize lists of criteria. It's a simple process, taking approximately half an hour to complete. Is it possible to cheat on the questionnaire? If anyone tries to cheat or rig the results, the system will detect a high level of inconsistency and reject the questionnaire.
