Standard Executive Coaching Packages include: 

  • Pre-coaching consultation and expectation setting with coach, client and corporate sponsor

  • Regularly scheduled 60-90 minute coaching sessions, two to four times per month

  • Unlimited email support 

  • Unlimited brief phone calls 

  • Assessments and/or interviews or direct observations

  • Client self-assessments and development programs from 'Coach U' and other sources

  • Post-coaching consultation 

Coaching contracts cover a minimum 6-month period with extension monthly thereafter. Most coaching is provided on a retainer basis, but contingency coaching is also available in special circumstances.
