To compliment and enhance my coaching services, I offer two kinds of third-party assessments.

1) Harrison Assessments

Harrison Assessments are an excellent tool for accelerating and deepening your self-awareness in relation to career and leadership development. The Assessments provide detailed and accurate information on your personal traits, strengths, preferences, paradoxes and inconsistencies.

2) Lominger Voices 360° Assessments

This is a very strong, research-based tool that collects feedback from up to 10 stakeholders on work-related competencies developed through the Centre of Creative Leadership. I prefer it to other 360° Assessments because it provides:

• very specific, relevant feedback;
• ranking of the importance of each competency;
• both a numerical rating system and written commentary;
• a convenient, on-line system.

I recommend this assessment for anyone who wants to use a structured tool to gain detailed feedback on their work performance from sub-ordinates, colleagues, supervisors and/or customers. For those who are serious about leadership development, this is the essential tool.

The Lominger Voices 360° Assessment Package includes:

• Your choice of up to 10 raters;
• Your choice on rating performance only or performance plus importance;
• Automated email and online system to gather the information from you and your raters;
• Ratings on 67 work-related competencies and 19 career stallers or stoppers;
• Written report including a numerical rating system and commentary from your raters;
• 90-minute in-person coaching session (in Hong Kong) or three 45-minute telephone coaching sessions.
