About the Coach

Angela Spaxman is one of the leading professional business and career coaches in Hong Kong. She has 12 years of experience in people development including coaching, corporate training and consulting in Hong Kong and Canada with over 1200 hours of formal coaching experience. She previously worked for 10 years in engineering and project management in Canada. 

Over the past five years, Angela has developed her skill in coaching for personal and managerial development. She has coached hundreds of managers and professionals to increase their work effectiveness, and has mentored more than 20 professional coaches. In addition to her managerial experience in Canada, she has effectively motivated, empowered and developed volunteers as the Founding President of the Hong Kong Coaching Community. Since 2002 she has worked with an international team of coaches to customize and deliver in-house coach training programs for large multi-national corporations in Asia. 

Angela is a graduate of 'Coach U' and a Certified Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming. She is the Founding President of the Hong Kong Coaching Community, a member of the International Coach Federation, the International Association of Coaches and the Graduate School of Coaching. Angela is well known as an engaging and natural facilitator experienced in drawing out the best in people.
